Turns out those who are grounded into their reality, are secure it, don’t change much.
“unchanging atmospheres that envelopes the whole being is what being grounded is.”
providing you have a solid foundation of family and/or friends, the roughest storms of life cannot, will not shake our peace. it is really liberating to remain consistent through the myriad of stresses that you may be dealing with. take steps today remain, be calm, unfluttered, being at peace with yourself and those who you care about in this brief lifetime we are all blessed to own. be always grounding any mundane day to day activities that need doing; and you will be at calmest for the years in our future.
do not ever give in to into uncomfortable emotions. just look at what you survived and are still dealing what you are going through. feel proud. life is still happening, you will get through these feelings. remember: they are just feelings, not reality unless we act on them.
many opf those who suffer PTSD struggle with feeling either too much (over emotions or memories) or too little (numbing and dissociation.) by grounding you attain a correct balance between the conscious situation or situations; just being present in the now allows us to tolerate the storm; or storms.
STAY ATTUNED INTO LIFE; THINK ABOUT WHAT WE SAID… OUR LIVES ARE SO WORTH IT.
